The Pupper Crust mobile message service (the “SMS Service”) is operated by Pupper Crust LLC. Your use of the SMS Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the SMS Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Pupper Crust’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pupper Crust through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this SMS Service in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Pupper Crust. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the SMS Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Free Gift Campaign: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The free gift promotion is valid solely for subscribers of the 6-month and 1-year plans of our subscription boxes. Gifts are not available for other subscription plans.
2. Availability: The promotion operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the free gifts are exhausted, no further gifts will be provided.
3. Gift Details:

5. Shipping Details:
   • Gifts: The shipping for the free gifts is free of charge.
   • Subscription Boxes: While the gift ships for free, subscribers may still incur a shipping charge for the subscription box based on the shipping address.

6. Exclusions: We regret that subscribers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are excluded from the free gift promotion.

   • Pupper Crust reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any point without prior notice.
