No Returns, Only Replacements
We are pleased to offer returns on our dog toys and treats, understanding the importance of your satisfaction. Please note, a $9 restocking fee will apply to all returns. We remain committed to the quality of our products, and if a toy is destroyed or your dog is not fond of an item in the box, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost within 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a free replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The request for a replacement must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
Non-replaceable Items
The following items cannot be replaced:
- Gift cards
- Special promotional items
- Limited-edition products (unless specified)
Replacement Process
If you believe your item is eligible for a free replacement, please contact us at support@puppercrust.com. After approval, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a free replacement within 30 days. The gift giver will not be notified of the replacement.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will offer a free replacement, but the gift giver will be notified.
Late or Missing Replacements
If you haven’t received your replacement yet, please check your tracking information and contact the courier. If there is still an issue, please contact us at support@puppercrust.com.
