Acceptance of Terms
By choosing to make a purchase on our website, you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) agree to these Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) as they may be amended by Pupper Crust LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) from time to time.
Billing Periods
We offer various subscription billing periods, typically monthly, for our services. By signing up for a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing recurring payment, and payments shall be made to Pupper Crust LLC by the method you have chosen at the recurring intervals you have agreed to, until the subscription for that service is terminated by you or us or otherwise in accordance with these Billing Terms.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through WooPayments. Customers may also choose to pay via PayPal Payments, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Additional terms and conditions from the respective payment service providers may apply to your transaction, and it is your responsibility to comply with such terms.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods of the same length as the subscription term originally selected. The applicable fee for the new billing period will be charged, along with any other applicable fees for additional services you may have acquired, to the payment method you provided. You may opt out of automatic renewal by following the cancellation procedures set forth below.
Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel your subscription, you may do so directly from your account page on our website. Please note that cancellations must be done at least (24) hours before the beginning of the next billing period to avoid being charged. Failure to cancel your subscription within this time frame will result in billing for the next period. We do not offer returns on subscriptions, and all sales are final. Special Conditions for Discounted Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription using a discount, you may not be able to cancel your subscription until a full-priced renewal has been charged to your payment method. This condition is in place to ensure fair use of promotional offers.
Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice. If we terminate your subscription, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any services paid for in advance but not received. However, no refunds will be provided if the termination was due to your violation of these Billing Terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pupper Crust LLC shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising out of the loss or theft of your payment information, and you waive all claims against us in connection with such losses or damages.
Limitation of Liability
Pupper Crust LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service. These exclusions for indirect, special, consequential, and exemplary damages include, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if Pupper Crust LLC had been advised of the possibility thereof and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based.
Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to change the Billing Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately when we post the updated Billing Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of updated Billing Terms will constitute your acceptance of such Billing Terms.
